Amazing... One word really says it all. Product shipped when it was supposed to, received when it was supposed to. I did have a damaged component, they immediately sent a replacement part. Best and fastest customer service response by any company in years. I got the TR80-Lite with TR-One add-on, and was blown away by quality, stability, and overall build! I then ordered the universal shift plate, and that as well shipped and received in a very timely fashion, and the quality is just as great as the rest! Will definitely order more from here, as they have more than satisfied me. Looking forward to continuing to build up my sim rig with a Canadian company!
